The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and accessories.

Final sale or clearance items
Products damaged through misuse or neglect
Items returned after 14 days from delivery date
To initiate a return or refund, please:

Order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the return process if applicable.
If the refund is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Mimro will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know during your refund request. We will process exchanges based on product availability.
